Dispensaries

There are five dispensing organizations allowed in Florida; one each will be located in the specified geographic regions of the State: northwest Florida, northeast Florida, central Florida, southeast Florida, and southwest Florida. The law allows the five cultivators to grow only low-THC marijuana. Qualifying patients must be added to the “compassionate use registry, maintained by the Department of Health, in order to be protected from criminal laws.
